Certificate of incorporation is evidence of corporate existence.

351.075. The corporate existence of a corporation shall datefrom the time of filing its articles of incorporation by thesecretary of state. The certificate given by the secretary ofstate shall be taken by all courts of this state as evidence ofthe corporate existence of such corporation.
