Amendment of articles of incorporation permitted.

351.085. A corporation may amend its articles of incorporation at anytime to add or change a provision that is required or permitted in thearticles of incorporation or to delete a provision not required in thearticles of incorporation. Whether a provision is required or permittedin the articles of incorporation is determined as of the effective date ofthe amendment.
