Notice provided for corporate registration report.

351.145. It shall be the duty of the secretary of state to sendnotice that the corporate registration report is due to each corporation inthis state required to register. The notice shall be directed to itsregistered office as disclosed originally by its articles of incorporationor by its application for a certificate of authority to transact businessin this state and thereafter as disclosed by its immediately precedingcorporate registration report, as provided by law. The secretary of statemay provide a form of the corporate registration report for filing in aformat and medium prescribed by the secretary of state.
