Removal of officer or agent, when.
351.365. Any officer or agent elected or appointed by theboard of directors may be removed by the board of directorswhenever in its judgment the best interests of the corporationwill be served thereby, but such removal shall be withoutprejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the person soremoved.
