Resignation of agent.

351.376. Any registered agent of a corporation may resign assuch agent upon filing a written notice thereof, executed induplicate, with the secretary of state, who shall forthwith mailthe copy thereof to any officer of the corporation at his addressas last known to the secretary of state, other than suchregistered office. Such resignation shall become effective uponthe expiration of thirty days after receipt of such notice by thesecretary of state.
