Private and public corporations authorized to apply for andoperate foreign trade zones.

351.388. All public and private corporations shall have thepower to apply to the proper authorities of the United Statesgovernment for a grant, and when such a grant is issued, toestablish and operate foreign trade zones under the provisions ofthe Foreign Trade Zones Act of 1934 as amended as of September28, 1971.
