Waiver of notice equivalent to giving of notice.

351.655. Whenever any notice whatever is required to begiven under the provisions of this chapter or under theprovisions of the articles of incorporation or bylaws of anycorporation, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person orpersons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the timestated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of suchnotice.
