Law not to affect rights, privileges, immunities and franchises,suits pending, under provisions of prior laws.

351.695. All rights, privileges, immunities and franchisesvested or accrued under the provisions of any law in force priorto the enactment of this chapter, and all pending suits andrights of action conferred shall not be impaired, diminished oraffected hereby, or by the repeal of any such prior laws. Anyliability or penalty incurred under prior laws prior to therepeal thereof shall not be impaired, diminished or affectedhereby. All acts and laws not expressly repealed hereby shallcontinue in full force and effect.
