Punishment when convicted of misdemeanor.

351.720. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor for violationof any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by afine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than onethousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for aterm of not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or byboth such fine and imprisonment.
