Time period--release of transfer restrictions.

351.915. 1. If the corporation does not take the proposedaction within sixty days after the date set for demandingpayment and depositing share certificates, the corporation shallreturn the deposited certificates and release the transferrestrictions imposed on uncertificated shares.

2. If after returning deposited certificates and releasingtransfer restrictions, the corporation takes the proposedaction, it shall send a new dissenters' notice under section351.895 and repeat the payment demand procedure.
