May be formed to execute trusts.

352.030. Corporations may be formed, under the provisions ofthis chapter, to execute any trust the purpose whereof is withinthe purview of this chapter, and may receive and take, by deed ordevise, in their corporate capacity, any property, real andpersonal, for the uses and purposes of such trust, and executethe trust so created.
