Incorporated association may become fraternal benefit society.

352.090. Any such society, order or association heretoforeor hereafter incorporated under the provisions of the laws ofthis state, may avail itself of the benefits of chapter 378,RSMo, by amending its constitution or articles of association orreincorporating thereunder, or by an amended constitution oramended articles of association in the manner prescribed by thischapter.
