Method of dissolution.

352.180. Whenever seventy-five percent of all the members ofany benevolent, religious, scientific or other miscellaneousassociations, incorporated under this chapter, by their recordvote at any lawful meeting of such association adopt a resolutionfavoring the dissolution of such association, after the paymentof all debts, claims, or other obligations of said association,then said association may be dissolved by filing an affidavit ofdissolution with the secretary of state, setting forth the abovefacts, and when said affidavit of dissolution is filed, it shallbe taken as prima facie evidence of such voluntary dissolution.
