Use of word "redevelopment" prohibited--exceptions.

353.050. No corporation now organized under the laws of thisstate shall change its name to a name, and no such corporationhereafter organized shall have a name, containing the word"redevelopment" as a part thereof except as provided in thischapter. No foreign corporation now authorized to do business inthis state shall change its name to a name, and no suchcorporation shall hereafter be authorized to do business in thestate with a name, containing the word "redevelopment" as a partthereof.
