Preexisting health services corporation to amend articles, effect of.

354.020. 1. Any health services corporation heretoforeorganized under the provisions of either chapter 352 or chapter355, RSMo, shall amend its articles of incorporation to complywith the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 fororganization, and for issuance of a certificate of incorporationand of a certificate for authority to do business.

2. After completion of the actions provided in subsection 1and the issuance of the required certificates, the corporationshall be a corporation organized under sections 354.010 to354.380 and shall be entitled to all the rights, privileges andbenefits and shall be subject to all the obligations, duties andliabilities provided in sections 354.010 to 354.380.
