Director to issue certificate, when.

354.060. 1. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration shall determine that all therequirements of sections 354.010 to 354.380 for commencement of business havebeen complied with, and upon such determination shall issue to the corporationa certificate of authority to do business as a health services corporationunder sections 354.010 to 354.380.

2. The director shall not issue or renew his certificate of authority toany corporation operating or proposing to operate under the provisions ofsections 354.010 to 354.380, unless such corporation shall be in compliancewith all the requirements of sections 354.010 to 354.380.
