Certificate of authority automatically extended, when.

354.070. When the annual statement of a corporation subjectto the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 is filed and allfees due from the corporation are tendered, the corporation'scertificate of authority to do business in this state shallautomatically be extended pending formal renewal by the director,or until such time as he should refuse to renew the certificate.
