354.290. 1. Every examiner shall make a full and truereport of every examination made by him, verified by his oath,which examination shall comprise only facts appearing upon thebooks, papers, records or documents of the corporation subjectto the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380, or ascertainedfrom the testimony sworn to by its officers or agents or otherpersons examined under oath, concerning its affairs and suchconclusions and recommendations as may reasonably be warrantedfrom the facts so disclosed.
2. The director shall grant a hearing to the corporationexamined before filing any report and may withhold any reportfrom public inspection for such time as he deems proper, andmay, if he deem it for the interest of the public to do so,publish any report or the result of any examination as containedtherein in one or more newspapers of the state.
