Exempt plans and companies.

354.545. The provisions of sections 354.400 to 354.636 shall notapply to any labor organization's health plan providing servicesestablished and maintained solely for its members and their dependents, andfacilities of not-for-profit corporations in existence on October 1, 1980,subject either to the provisions and regulations of Section 302 of theLabor-Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. 186 or the Labor-ManagementReporting and Disclosure Act, 29 U.S.C. 401-538.
