354.563. If the Health Care Financing Administration of the UnitedStates Department of Health and Human Services promulgates regulationsgoverning the practice of utilization review in health maintenanceorganizations serving enrollees in the Medicare program, the director of thedepartment of insurance, financial institutions and professional registrationmay issue rules to apply those standards to community-based health maintenanceorganizations as defined in subdivision (3) of section 354.400.
