Community-based health maintenance organization designation given,when--revocation.

354.565. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration shall designate those healthmaintenance organizations which meet the criteria established in subdivision(3) of section 354.400 as community-based health maintenance organizations.After a community-based health maintenance organization has been so designatedfor two years, the director may revoke such designation at any time thereafterupon finding that the health maintenance organization has ceased to meet theestablished criteria for community-based health maintenance organizations.
