Agents, registration required--rules and regulations authorized.

354.721. 1. A prepaid dental plan corporation shallregister the names of all persons acting as agents, for thesolicitation of contracts, with the director within thirty daysafter September 28, 1987.

2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgatereasonable rules and regulations to provide for the licensing ofagents and the termination or revocation of such licenses.
