355.086. 1. The attorney general shall be given notice ofthe commencement of any proceeding which this chapter authorizesthe attorney general to bring but which has been commenced byanother person.
2. Whenever any provision of this chapter requires thatnotice be given to the attorney general before or aftercommencing a proceeding or permits the attorney general tocommence a proceeding:
(1) If no proceeding has been commenced, the attorneygeneral may take appropriate action including, but not limitedto, seeking injunctive relief;
(2) If a proceeding has been commenced by a person otherthan the attorney general, the attorney general, as of right, mayintervene in such proceeding.
