Purpose.

355.126. 1. Every corporation incorporated under thischapter has the purpose of engaging in any lawful activity unlessa more limited purpose is set forth in the articles ofincorporation.

2. A corporation engaging in an activity that is subject toregulation under another statute of this state may incorporateunder this chapter only if incorporation under this chapter isnot prohibited by the other statute. The corporation shall besubject to all limitations of the other statute.
