Change of registered office or agent.

355.166. 1. A corporation may change its registered officeor registered agent by delivering to the secretary of state forfiling a statement of change that sets forth:

(1) The name of the corporation;

(2) The street address of its current registered office;

(3) If the current registered office is to be changed, thestreet address of the new registered office;

(4) The name of its current registered agent;

(5) If the current registered agent is to be changed, thename of the new registered agent and the new agent's writtenconsent, either on the statement or attached to it, to theappointment; and

(6) That after the change or changes are made, the streetaddresses of its registered office and the office of itsregistered agent will be identical.

2. If the street address of a registered agent's office ischanged, the registered agent may change the street address ofthe registered office of any corporation for which the registeredagent is the registered agent by notifying the corporation inwriting of the change and by signing, either manually or infacsimile, and delivering to the secretary of state for filing astatement that complies with the requirements of subsection 1 ofthis section and recites that the corporation has been notifiedof the change.
