Officer's contract rights.

355.451. 1. The appointment of an officer does not itselfcreate contract rights.

2. An officer's removal does not affect the officer'scontract rights, if any, with the corporation. An officer'sresignation does not affect the corporation's contract rights, ifany, with the officer.
