355.741. 1. If after a hearing the court determines thatone or more grounds for judicial dissolution described in section355.726 exist, it may enter a decree dissolving the corporationand specifying the effective date of the dissolution, and theclerk of the court shall deliver a certified copy of the decreeto the secretary of state, who shall file it.
2. After entering the decree of dissolution, the courtshall direct the winding up and liquidation of the corporation'saffairs in accordance with section 355.691 and the notificationof its claimants in accordance with sections 355.696 and 355.701.
