355.831. 1. A member's or resident's agent or attorney hasthe same inspection and copying rights as the member the agent orattorney represents.
2. The right to copy records under section 355.826includes, if reasonable, the right to receive copies made byphotographic, zerographic, or other means.
3. The corporation may impose a reasonable charge, coveringthe costs of labor and material, for copies of any documentsprovided to the member or resident. The charge may not exceedthe estimated cost of production or reproduction of the records.
4. The corporation may comply with a member's demand toinspect the record of members under subdivision (3) of subsection2 of section 355.826 by providing the member with a list of itsmembers that was compiled no earlier than the date of themember's demand.
