Proxies and voting trusts, valid when.

356.121. No proxy for voting shares of a professionalcorporation shall be valid unless it shall be given to aqualified person. A voting trust with respect to shares of aprofessional corporation shall not be valid unless all thetrustees and beneficiaries thereof are qualified persons; exceptthat, a voting trust may be validly continued for a period of sixmonths after the death of a deceased beneficiary or for a periodof six months after a beneficiary has become a disqualifiedperson.
