Disqualifying event, effect.

356.151. Upon the occurrence of any event that causes anyshareholder of a professional corporation to become adisqualified person, the shareholder shall not be entitled tohold any office or be a director in the corporation, render anyprofessional service of any kind for the corporation or itscustomers or clients, or receive dividends on or be entitled tovote such shares, except with respect to acceptance of theprovisions of chapter 351, RSMo, or granting consent to purchaseby a qualified person.
