Privileged communications.

356.181. Any privilege applicable to communications betweena person rendering professional services and the person receivingsuch services recognized under the laws of this state, whetherstatutory or deriving from common law, shall remain inviolate andshall extend to a professional corporation or a foreignprofessional corporation, and its employees, in relation toprofessional services rendered to clients of the professionalcorporation or foreign professional corporation in all cases inwhich it shall be applicable to communications between a naturalperson rendering professional services on behalf of theprofessional corporation or foreign professional corporation andthe person receiving such services.
