Issuance of common and preferred stock.

357.040. By unanimous agreement persons desiring toassociate themselves together for the purpose of forming acorporation to conduct any agricultural or mercantile businessfor the purpose of producing or furnishing goods, services orhousing on the cooperative plan under this chapter may issue bothpreferred and common stock in such corporation.
