Partnership bound by partner's wrongful act.

358.130. Where, by any wrongful act or omission of anypartner acting in the ordinary course of the business of thepartnership or with the authority of his copartners, loss orinjury is caused to any person, not being a partner in thepartnership, or any penalty is incurred, the partnership isliable therefor to the same extent as the partner so acting oromitting to act.
