The fact that an application, a renewal application, acertificate of amendment of an application, or a renewal application is onfile in the office of the secretary of state is notice that the partnershipis a registered limited liability partnership and is notice of all otherfacts set forth in the renewal application or certificate of amendment ofan application or a renewal application.
