358.490. 1. A fee in the amount of five dollars shall be paid to thesecretary of state for a certified copy of any paper on file as providedfor by this chapter in a written electronic format. One dollar for eachadditional page shall be paid to the secretary of state for writtenrequests. Moneys from such fees shall be paid into the general revenuefund.

2. The secretary of state may issue certificates of good standingrelating to the registered limited liability partnerships in a written orelectronic format for a fee in the amount of five dollars, except that forissuing an abstract that recites all of the registered limited liabilitypartnership's filings with the secretary of state, a fee of five dollarsshall be paid to the secretary of state.
