Additional five dollars on every fee charged to partnership collectedby secretary of state, where deposited.
358.501. The secretary of state may collect an additional fee of fivedollars on each and every fee required in this chapter relating to limitedliability partnerships. All fees collected as provided in this sectionshall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the secretary ofstate's technology trust fund account.
