Sharing of distributions.

359.311. Distributions of cash or other assets of alimited partnership shall be allocated among the partners, andamong classes of partners, in the manner provided in writing inthe partnership agreement. If the partnership agreement doesnot so provide in writing, distributions shall be made on thebasis of the value (as stated in the partnership recordsrequired to be kept pursuant to section 359.051) of thecontributions made by each partner to the extent they have beenreceived by the partnership and have not been returned.
