Rights of judgment creditor of partner.

359.421. On application to a court of competentjurisdiction by any judgment creditor of a partner, the courtmay charge the partnership interest of the partner with paymentof the unsatisfied amount of the judgment with interest. To theextent so charged, the judgment creditor has only the rights ofan assignee of the partnership interest. This chapter does notdeprive any partner of the benefit of any exemption lawsapplicable to his partnership interest.
