Power of estate of deceased or incapacitated partner.

359.441. If a partner who is an individual dies or a courtof competent jurisdiction adjudges him to be mentallyincapacitated to manage his person or his property, thepartner's executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, orother legal representative may exercise all the partner's rightsfor the purpose of settling his estate or administering hisproperty, including any power the partner had to give anassignee the right to become a limited partner. If a partner isa corporation, trust, or other entity and is dissolved orterminated, the powers of that partner may be exercised by itslegal representative or successor.
