Judicial dissolution--who may request--granted when.

359.461. On application by or for a partner, the circuitcourt of the county of the principal place of business or of theregistered office of the limited partnership may decreedissolution of a limited partnership whenever it is notreasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformitywith the partnership agreement.
