Cancellation of registration--authority of secretary to acceptservice of process.

359.541. A foreign limited partnership may cancel its registration byfiling with the secretary of state a certificate of cancellation signed *by a general partner. A cancellation does not terminate the authority ofthe secretary of state to accept service of process on the foreign limitedpartnership with respect to causes of action arising out of the transactionof business in this state.
