Violation of law requiring certificate of limited partnership,penalty.

359.691. Any person, or persons, who shall exercise any ofthe powers, privileges or authority of a limited partnershipprior to obtaining a certificate of limited partnership underthis chapter or after cancellation or disapproval of suchcertificate pursuant to subdivision (2) of section 359.681,shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
