Bonds issued by authority, fiduciaries may invest in.

360.125. All banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banksand institutions, building and loan associations, savings andloan associations, investment companies, insurance companies andassociations, and all executors, administrators, guardians,trustees, and other fiduciaries legally may invest any sinkingfunds, moneys or other funds belonging to them or within theircontrol in any bonds issued pursuant to sections 360.010 to360.140.
