Deputy director--appointment--qualifications--duties.

361.060. 1. The director of finance, with the approval of thegovernor, shall appoint a deputy director of finance and such examiners,assistant examiners and other assistants as, subject to the approval of thegovernor, he shall deem necessary to properly discharge the duties of thedivision of finance.

2. The deputy director shall possess the qualifications required forthe director of finance.

3. All employees of the division of finance shall perform such dutiesas shall be required of them by the director of finance, shall devote allof their time to their official duties, and shall hold their offices duringand at the pleasure of the director of finance.
