Director's powers extend to out-of-state banks operating in Missouri.

361.259. The director's powers in sections 361.260 to 361.269 and theprocedures described in such sections shall apply to any out-of-state bankwhich operates a Missouri branch to the same extent such powers andprocedures apply to Missouri banks.
