Information to prosecuting attorney.

361.310. Whenever the director of finance shall take chargeor possession of any corporation, according to the provisions ofsection 361.300, it shall be his duty and he is hereby directedimmediately and from time to time as the same appear during suchcharge or possession, to place before the prosecuting attorney ofthe county in which said corporation is located, all informationand evidence concerning the affairs and conditions of saidcorporation showing or tending to show any and all violations ofthe criminal laws of this state by any officer, director oremployee of said corporation; provided, that the word "county" asherein used shall be construed to include the city of St. Louis,and that the words "prosecuting attorney" shall be construed toinclude the proper prosecuting officer of the city of St. Louis.
