361.350. 1. Whenever the director is entitled to takepossession of any such corporation for any reason set forth insection 361.310, he may report to the attorney general andspecify in such report the delinquencies of such corporation; andthe attorney general may institute an action to procure ajudgment dissolving such corporation.

2. Every such report and every report of a duly institutedexamination of such corporation, when duly verified by thecertificate and seal of the finance director, shall be apresumptive evidence of the facts therein stated in any action orproceeding against such corporation instituted by the attorneygeneral.
