361.510. 1. When the director shall have taken possessionof such corporation, and shall have determined to liquidate itsaffairs, he shall notify all persons who may have claims againstsuch corporation to present same to him and make proper proofthereof within four months from the date of said notice and at aplace specified therein, and shall specify in said notice thelast date for presenting said proofs.
2. He shall cause said notice to be mailed to all personswhose names appear as creditors upon the books of thecorporation. He shall also cause said notice to be insertedweekly in such newspapers as he may direct for three consecutivemonths, the first insertion thereof to be published more thanninety days before the last day fixed in said notice forpresenting proof of claims.
3. After the date specified in such notice as the last datefor presenting proof of claims the director shall have no powerto accept any claim.
