Articles of agreement to be filed.

362.025. The articles of agreement shall be signed and acknowledgedby the parties thereto, and three copies thereof shall be filed with thedirector of finance. If the director finds the articles to be improperlydrawn, he or she shall immediately return them to the parties indicatingthe corrections to be made. If the director finds the articles to be inproper form, he or she shall return one copy to the parties with anindication that they are approved as to form, and shall file one copy inthe public records of the division of finance which shall be a permanentrecord.
