Accounts of branches to be kept separately.

362.155. Each and every bank or trust company authorizedhereunder shall conduct the accounts of each foreign branchindependently of the accounts of other foreign branchesestablished by it and of its home office and shall at the end ofeach year transfer to its general ledger the profit or lossaccrued at each branch as a separate item.
